We stand behind the quality and safety of every groom. If you’re not 100 % happy, let us know within 48 hours of your appointment and we’ll make it right with a complimentary re-groom or touch-up—no questions asked.

 

Retail Products

• Unused, unopened items may be returned within 14 days for a full refund or exchange.

• Opened products can be exchanged for store credit if there is a manufacturer defect or documented adverse reaction.

• Clearance and custom-order items are final sale.
